I have 4 amazing children, ages ranging from 29 to 18. My personal hobbies and interests are playing basketball, sitting on the riverboat fishing, fantasy football with my friends, and anything related to classic cars and professional sports! I have worked in this industry at different points, the first being 12 years ago. I thoroughly enjoy riding motorcycles with my friends, helping with their vehicles, and educating them on cars in general. I’ve worked on cars in my garage for several years, and after graduating college, I wanted to do it professionally, so I joined the auto industry. My career at Bob Estle Chevrolet began in 2017. Hi! I’m Don Schaefer, a Parts Manager here at the dealership. I have been associated with GM Parts since 1985, and a Parts Manager since 1990. Moved to Estle Chevrolet Cadillac in May 2016. Helping our customers get in and out of the dealership, with the right products, and within a timely manner, is what I’m all about. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to each and every guest!
As a Parts Assistant, my priority is getting our customers in and out of the dealership with the right parts, without wasting their time. I have worked in the auto industry for 41 years. Some of my certifications and accomplishments over the years include being a Master ASE Certified Technician, an ASE Certified Parts Specialist, and a graduate of the GM University of Automotive Management. I grew up in the automotive field. My grandfather started a Buick dealership in 1912, and had the oldest Buick dealership in the world for a number of years. I am married to the most amazing woman, Kathy; she is a district secretary at Antwerp Local schools. My family enjoys traveling. We have been to Alaska, the Caribbean, Great Britain, Scotland, Sweden, and many more places. I’m an active member of Hicksville Grace United Methodist Church, where I proudly serve on several committees.

Hi, my name is Craig. I have been working at this dealership since 1995. Actually, Bob Estle hired me when he was managing the body shop. It’s been quite an experience seeing how vehicles have evolved since I began working here. Outside of the dealership, I love family time. My wonderful wife, Jennifer, and I have been married for 17 years. We have two great sons. My hobbies include arrowhead hunting, fishing, and metal detecting.
I am married to Kenny, and the proud mom to Brok and Kacee. I have spent the last 10+ years following my kids and their sports activities. I also enjoy spending time with my 3 nephews, Will, Logan, and Jacob. We have 4 dogs at our home – Masyn, Bently, Kodiak, and Chase. I have worked at the dealership since July 2015. I enjoy being around customers and especially enjoy my coworkers.
I am 23 years old and love doing what I do here at Estle Chevrolet. They make me feel like family here, and I look forward to a long career with this amazing organization!
